Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is received. During peak seasons, holidays, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (when available).

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.

Tracking Your Order
Tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Shirt Disturbers is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Lost or Delayed Packages
While we work with trusted shipping carriers, Shirt Disturbers cannot guarantee delivery dates and is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, customs inspections, or other circumstances beyond our control.
If your package appears lost, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will review the issue and work toward a suitable resolution.
