Refund and Return Policy

At Shirt Disturbers, customer satisfaction is important to us. Because many of our products are made-to-order and customized, please review our policy carefully before placing your order.

Returns

We accept returns only for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and provide:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item

Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns or exchanges:

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Items ordered in the wrong size, color, or style
  • Products purchased during clearance or final sale events
  • Items showing signs of wear, washing, or misuse
  • Orders where the customer provided an incorrect shipping address

Please review product details carefully before completing your purchase.

Refunds

If your refund request is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider, but typically take 5–10 business days after approval.

Replacements

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund when appropriate.

Replacement requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if production has not yet begun.

Once production or fulfillment has started, orders cannot be canceled or modified.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Shirt Disturbers is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier.

If you experience delivery issues, please contact the carrier directly. We will do our best to assist where possible.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind purchases.
